MyStudyLink and apply online will be unavailable from midday on tomorrow (Thursday 25 February) until 7am on Monday 29 February while they complete a technology upgrade. We encourage any who need to use MyStudyLink this week to do so before Thursday. Otherwise the service will be available for again on Monday morning.
Not the best timing - but we're told things will be better once it's done, and that processing is again running ahead of past years. So congrats, peeps.
Students with urgent needs should call the StudyLink contact centre on 0800 88 99 00 during the outage. The 0800 number will also be open between 9am and 3pm on Saturday 27 February.
