The Academic Board is the principal academic body in the University, and has power to make recommendations and reports to the Council on matters affecting the University, including research, courses of study, students, and scholarships, prizes and examinations. Academic Committee

The Academic Committee advises the Academic Board, the Vice-Chancellor, the Senior Management Team, the Faculty of Graduate Research and, as appropriate, Faculties and Schools on all matters concerning the maintenance of academic quality and on any other matter which may be referred to it.
