University Council Student Reps

Conrad Reyners and Seamus Brady

Two students (the VUWSA President and a Student Rep) are elected annually to represent your views on the highest governing body at Victoria, the University Council.

This ensures student voices are heard in such things as the strategic direction of the University, resource allocation, and the setting of student fees during your study. It also allows students to keep tabs on the leadership of the Vice-Chancellor, and making sure there is a strong and productive working relationship between students and the University.

Seamus sits on the Council’s Finance and Governance Committees, and Conrad sits on the Audit and Risk Committee, both providing vital student perspectives and input. More information about the Council can be found here.
