Privacy Policy and Conditions
1. The purpose of this Executive Election and By-election are to elect from the listed candidates, for positions on the VUWSA Executive 2006 (By-election) and VUWSA Executive 2007 (Executive Election).
2. The Executive Election and By-election are open to current members of VUWSA only.
3. The Executive Election and By-election are officially open for voting from 9.00am 26 September 2006 to 5.00pm 2 October 2006.
4. Members of VUWSA are eligible to vote by following a link from their email invitation or via polling booths on campus, details of which will be available online at www.vuwsa.org.nz.
5. Members of VUWSA are allocated one vote per position only, unless instructed otherwise, and may vote only once.
6. Voting in this Executive Election and By-election is entirely voluntary, and respondents can withdraw from the voting at any stage before or after starting it.
7. Voting data will be used for electing candidates to the VUWSA Executive 2007 (Executive Elections) and the VUWSA Executive 2006 (By-election).
8. Voting for this election and by-election is online via a link from VUWSA member emails or campus polling booths.
9. The VUWSA member email database was provided by VUW for the express use of, and limited exclusively to, notification of this election and by-election via mailing or, in the case of offline voting, reconciling purposes only.
10. The VUWSA member data was provided by VUW for the express purpose of, and limited exclusively to, determining eligibility to vote in this election and by-election only.
11. Notification of results will be available from 4 October 2006 via www.vuwsa.org.nz, in a limited edition printed format from the main VUWSA offices, in Salient or via email if correct details are provided.
12. Any email addresses provided for notification of results will be for the express use of, and limited exclusively to, this election and by-election for mailing purposes only.
