Barbeque use:

VUWSA affiliated clubs and Representative Groups can hire a barbeque throughout the year. It costs $5 to book the barbeque, which covers gas. Bookings can be made at VUWSA’s Kelburn Office on a first come-first served basis, so book early to avoid missing out.

The group that hired it out must clean the barbeque before it is returned. If it is not returned clean, a charge will be incurred. VUWSA can obtain sausages, bread, sauce, onions, gloves and serviettes for your group at a discounted rate, but this will need to be ordered at least two days prior to the booking.

Before you book the barbeque, you will need to ensure that you have also booked a space in the Quad with the Student Union (located on the first floor of the Student Union Building at Kelburn). Groups who do not have consent from the Student Union will be unable to use the barbeque.
