Get a free parcel of essentials from the VUWSA office at Kelburn or Pipitea, or the library at Te Aro, no questions asked. You choose what goes in it from a variety of canned goods, cereals, carbs, and even menstrual products.
Kaibosh delivers bread (and sometimes other goodies) to the Kelburn office each Friday during semesters and occasionally on other weekdays as well. Collect as much as you need for free!

VUWSA Fruit and Vege Market
Every Wednesday from 10am-4pm there is a fruit and vegetable market in the Tim Beaglehorn Courtyard at Kelburn. Now also selling bread.
Just turn up at the market with cash and reusable bags (otherwise paper bags are 30c each)
Uni and Community Food Options:
The Pipitea Community Vegetable Garden is the Kelburn Garden's lesser-known, slightly older sister. We're located in the Old Government Buildings in the old Petanque court, behind the shipping container. We will have vegetables available weekly so flick us an email if you would like some or help yourself to herbs anytime!
Gecko Organic Food Co-Op
Each month, Gecko sells bulk organic goods at wholesale prices in the Student Union building. Join the Co-Op for $20/year ($15/half year) for students or $40/year ($25/half year) for non-students.
Victoria Fruit and Vege Co-Op
Join this co-op to enjoy fresh and affordable produce delivered to your choice of Kelburn, Pipitea or Te Aro campus every Thursday from early February until late December.
