Advocacy Services

The VUWSA Advocates are here to provide professional, confidential, and independent student support to help you with academic issues, complaints, accommodation problems, as well as employment and legal disputes.
Any problem, they are here to help.

Free Menstrual Products

Get free packs of pads and tampons at every campus or get a subsidised menstrual cup from our office for just $20 a pop!

Community Pantry

The Community Pantry gives out food parcels to students who need them throughout the year. If your cupboards are empty, or getting very bare, then come see us.

Free Intercampus Bus Passes

If you have two classes at different campuses on the same day, you're eligible for free travel costs.
Pop by VUWSA – we'll load 10 free bus trips on your Snapper card. Easy!

Locker Hire

Need somewhere to store your stuff? VUWSA has lockers available for hire at Kelburn and Pipitea campuses with trimester and full year options available.

Veggie Markets

Every week during term time, our fruit and Veggie guy, Tom, brings his market onto Kelburn and Pipitea campuses. So you can grab your 5+ a day without breaking the bank or leaving campus.

Lost Property

If you've misplaced an item around Campus, let us know! All lost property comes to our Kelburn reception, If we've received your lost item we will contact you to arrange pick-up.

Cheaper Campus Parking

Students with a VUWSA Student Pass are eligible for a 50% discount to park on Wai-te-ata Road! These passes are free to all students, pop on by reception to get yours.
