Please use the below form to book and/or view the availability of VUWSA’s portable 300W battery-operated speaker.

Booking Duration

The bookings are only for a single day  – the speaker will need to be returned to reception by 11am the next working day.

If needed for the weekend, please book speaker for the Friday. Please note it will have to be picked up on the Friday, and then returned the next Monday, as our office is not open on Saturdays or Sundays.

If required for a longer period, you’ll unfortunately have to put make separate bookings for each additional day (e.g. if picking up on a Wednesday, but unable to return it until the Friday morning, you’ll have to book both the Wednesday and Thursday separately).

About the speaker

The speaker is a Samson XP312w portable speaker, with 1x wireless handheld microphone. VUWSA can also provide a speaker stand on request.
